Title: Senior Project Associate

Location: Chennai

  • Responsible to ensure timely support and solution to Operations Managers and/or ICON stakeholders globally with FSE administration.
  • Responsible to achieve SLA’s set in terms of meeting the standard quality, timelines and efficiency with day to day Operations Support activities.
  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives on end to end business support activities and drive operational efficiencies using data analytics, problem solving and basic automation skills using MS Excel and VBA Macros

  • As a member of staff, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting stakeholder needs.
  • Manage and support day to day Ops Support activities including but not limited to timesheet FSE Onboarding, timesheet (TS) compliance reviews, TS approvals, invoice coding/processing, CV/JD updates/compliance reviews, bill rate updates, contract administration, iLearn compliance reviews and other Ops support administration as per business requirement.

Requirement:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Operations Management.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel (Basic & Intermediate)/ Visio and Power point presentations.
  • Experience in Operations Management/HR Administration.
  • Ability to work independently, in teams, under challenging situations, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative technical ability.
  • Ability to liaise successfully with all internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions.
  • Strong excel skills and understanding of statistical methods will be an added advantage.
  • Capability to manage competing priorities in a changeable environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Education:

 

  • Bachelor degree or local equivalent in Business Administration and / or appropriate experience (BBA, MBA, HR/General Administration/Operations Management).
  • Advanced MS-Excel skills and basic knowledge on VBA Macros(Preferable)
