As a Statistical Programmer II you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
• May lead a Statistical Programming team to create, validate and generate statistical programs consisting of outputs such as listings, tables, figures, and SDTM/ADaM domains (including mapping specifications) of low to moderate complexity at a minimum.
• All programs must be in accordance with documented procedures and project specific timelines to generate accurate, complete and consistent outputs.
You are:
Typically >= 3 Years of Experience and Exhibit the Following Traits:
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated
Functional Knowledge:
• Enhanced functional knowledge level of Statistical Programming.
Business Expertise:
• Ability to link enhanced knowledge of Statistical Programming and key business drivers to accomplish own work.
Leadership:
• May lead a team of statistical programmers.
• May include client interaction.
• No supervisory responsibilities; but may provide formal guidance to less experienced team members.
Problem Solving:
• Use existing procedures to solve problems where solutions are not readily apparent.
Impact:
• Contribute to the achievement of goals through personal effort and influence over others. Impact is focused on the achievement of short-to medium-term goals. Work is done independently, assessed at critical points.
Interpersonal Skills:
• Adapt style and use persuasion in delivering messages. Issues may be complex, audience perspectives may be divergent, and information may be non-routine in nature.
