As a Senior Statistical Programmer I you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

What you will be doing:

• Lead more than one Statistical Programming team to create, validate and generate statistical programs consisting of outputs such as listings, tables, figures, and SDTM/ADaM domains (including mapping specifications) of low to moderate complexity at a minimum.
• All programs must be in accordance with documented procedures and project specific timelines, to generate accurate, complete and consistent outputs.
• Serve as a mentor and help to train junior staff, including remote teams.
• Monitor overall quality and productivity of assigned programming team members (as appropriate to level/experience) and escalate to Manager accordingly.

You are:

Typically >= 6 Years of Experience and Exhibit the Following Traits:
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated

Functional Knowledge:
• Strong functional knowledge level of Statistical Programming.

Business Expertise:
• Adds value through strong knowledge of best practices and application to customer needs. May contribute internally to training material of low to moderate complex topics.

Leadership:
• Lead a team of statistical programmers across multiple low to moderate complexity studies, and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May include client interaction.

Problem Solving:
• Anticipate and solve problems which leverages technical expertise and knowledge of precedents.

Impact:
• Establish approach and lead resources to achieve operational and strategic plans. Impact is focused on medium-term goals. Work is done independently, assessed at critical points.

Interpersonal Skills:
• Adapt style and use persuasion in delivering messages. Issues may be complex, audience perspectives may be divergent, and information may be non-routine in nature.
