Overview

As a Resource and Forecasting Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence. you will provide support to the clinical trial team at the global level impacting directly project's success.

The Resource and Forecasting Associate coordinates and executes the resource forecasting and supply analysis activities per set timelines with quality and consistency for a function or multiple functions.

  • Coordinates and executes the resource forecasting and supply analysis activities per set timelines with quality and consistency for a function or multiple fuctions
  • Supports the application activities and process documentation for resource forecasting and analysis
  • Planning and execution of necessary activities to deliver resource forecasts and analysis
  • Data analysis done in a rigorous manner incorporating knowledge of Clinical Trial process and applying analytical development methodologies
  • Coordinating and/or executing application and algorithm updates
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation and developing best practice procedures based on lessons learned

Key Activities

  • Partner with Resource Forecasting Managers and Leads to plan and execute
  • Generating schedules and stakeholder communications for LE process
  • Coordinate the generation of outputs for ad hoc scenario resource forecasting analysis to support functional management, finance and process improvement initiatives
  • Perform quality oversight to ensure integrity of resource forecasting outputs
  • Liaise with Clinical Study Planners and Finance to confirm data assumptions
  • Drive the documentation and transparency of algo demand overrides to support effective stewardship of algorithms
  • Meeting support of forecasting reviews with functional stakeholders
  • Monitoring of RFG mailbox to ensure issues are effectively resolved and escalating items to leads as needed
  • Develop application enhancements and configurations (portfolio filters, scenario versions, reporting styles) to drive process efficiencies
  • Coordinate the impact analysis and modeling for algorithm changes that apply business insights to improve predictability and embed process efficiencies
  • Provide application super user support for team and influence strategy and priorities for system enhancements and integrations to meet business needs (e.g. Planisware)
  • Develop, document and manage data collection tool logic and functionality (e.g. Excel, SharePoint) and contribute to strategies for streamlining and driving integrated solutions
  • Execute special projects and assignments in support of Resource Forecast Managers and Leads

 

 

Qualifications

You are:

  • Excellent technical/IT skills. (Excel)
  • BA/BS/BSc or RN
  • Work experience in life sciences or medically related field
  • Fluent in English
