A Contract Analyst I prepares and manages budgets and client contracts to ensure they reflect the work being performed by ICON staff and services.

The Contract Analyst I works directly with clients and a wide range of ICON functions such as project teams, finance, legal and business development. The contract drives both what work is performed and how much we are paid hence is critical to our business.

Evidence of key competencies and level of mastery required

• Relationship Mgmt - Basic (CE)
• Communication - Proficient (IL)
• Good Judgment & Decision Making - Proficient (IL)
• Team Work & Collaboration - Basic (IC)
• Delivers Results through managing performance - Proficient (DP&A)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is preferred
• Experience with payments proccess
• Read write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
