Overview

As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and Implement MDM Strategies

    • Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions that align with business goals, ensuring data consistency, quality, and accuracy across systems.
    • Create and maintain data models to meet organizational data standards and facilitate data integration.
  • Data Modeling and Analytics

    • Perform data modeling and analytics to support data integration and reporting needs, enabling actionable insights and informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with business and IT teams to establish data structures and MDM best practices.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams

    • Manage MDM projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to develop data governance frameworks, policies, and processes to maintain data quality.
  • Project Management

    • Manage project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure high-quality delivery within budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

    • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide support in data management strategies.
    • Facilitate regular updates and communication with various teams, ensuring clarity of project goals and alignment.
  • Data Quality and Governance

    • Implement data governance best practices to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all data sources.
    • Develop and enforce MDM policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.
  • Tool Implementation and Optimization

    • Work with MDM tools and technologies to implement and maintain data management solutions.
    • Optimize existing data management processes and explore new technologies to improve data quality and accessibility.
  • Documentation and Reporting

    • Document processes, standards, and protocols related to data management for reference and training purposes.
    • Provide periodic reports and insights into MDM performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in MDM and data analytics, with a Computer Science degree. Experience in Data Stewardship,

  • Data Modelling and Data Analytics.

     

  • Experience of programming languages, such as SQL, to interact with relational databases

     

  • Experience of Data Catalog/Governance platforms, such as Collibra
