Overview

Resource & Forecasting Sr Associate - Homebased in the UK – Permanent

 

We are looking to recruit a Resource & Forecasting Senior Associate who clinical research industry experience across different countries and time zones.

You will play a vital role in supporting the resource forecasting and supply analysis processes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports process documentation for resource forecasting and analysis and departmental information sharing
  • Contributes to department and cross-functional projects and assignments Planning and execution of activities to deliver resource forecasts and analysis
  • Data analysis done in a rigorous manner applying analytical development methodologies
  • Coordinating and/or executing application and algorithm updates
  • Ensuring appropriate documentation and developing best practice procedures based on lessons learned
  • Support special projects / activities as assigned

Key Activities

  • Partner with Resource Forecasting Managers to plan and execute resource forecasting outputs and analysis
  • Generating schedules and stakeholder communications
  • Support generation of outputs for ad hoc scenario resource forecasting
  • Perform quality oversight to ensure integrity of resource forecasting outputs
  • Liaise with Clinical Study Planners to confirm data assumptions
  • Support documentation and transparency of algo demand overrides to support effective stewardship of algorithms
  • Monitoring of RFG mailbox to ensure issues are effectively resolved and escalating items to managers as needed
  • Execute special projects and assignments
  • Maintain a web portal community for resource forecasting

 

Qualifications

 

  • BA/BS/BSc in the sciences or in management sciences (decision analysis. operations research. statistics, strategic planning). finance. economics, basic sciences, engineering or other majors with strong analytical focus
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • Must have valid and current UK right to work
