As a Clinical Implementation Manager you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Trial Managers/ Study Leader or Risk-Based Monitoring Managers to join our FSP team as a Implementation Manager in Bulgaria. This is a sponsor dedicated role in wich you will be assigned to a global biopharmaceutical company specialised in diabetes, obesity, and rare blood and endocrinology studies.

 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and coordinate digital and clinical research process changes within the organisation to maximise operational excellence and business value
  • Ensure organisational readiness and successful implementation of clinical research solutions and process changes
  • Facilitate relevant trainings and end-user support in coordination with Clinical Quality & Training Manager

 

Main resonsibilities include:

 

  • Lead and coordinate existing and new clinical system and/ or risk-based monitoring solutions within organisation to maximize operational excellence and business value
  • Collaborate with clinical management teams across the hub and region to ensure organisational readiness
  • Collaborate with clinical management and operational teams to secure change readiness in accordance with clinical systems and behavioural KPIs
  • Representation in relevant local and global forums/networks across the company to support successful implementation of clinical digital solutions and process changes
  • Build and support business cases for new clinical digital solutions or process improvements which have a clear return on investment
  • Ensure accessibility to relevant and updated information related to digitalisation and process changes and improvement activities in the local hub
  • Developing new clinical processes associated with system implementation
  • Secure implementation and cementation of change and advocate for smarter ways of working

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operational aspects of conducting clinical trials (CRA, TM or risk-based monitoring position)
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Trial Manager/ Study Manager and experience experience in risk-based monitoring  
  • Previous experience in change management ( Risk-based Monitoring Manager) will be considered as an advantage
  • Master in life/natural science or similar
  • Fluent in Bulgarian and English language – oral and written
