As a Senior Contract Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
What you will be doing:
Draft, review, and maintain Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)
Develop and update fallback language and negotiation guidelines for contracts
Provide specialized support and guidance to first-line negotiators
Lead negotiation of Master Agreements and highly customized contract templates
Act as a legal liaison to streamline requests to the legal department and avoid duplicate efforts
Collaborate with legal to resolve complex contract-related legal issues
Conduct legal risk assessments and communicate findings to internal stakeholders
Deliver training to negotiators and internal teams on templates, fallback language, and negotiation best practices
Ensure contract-related documents comply with internal SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Legal, HCC, GCDO, etc.) to maintain alignment and consistency
Monitor contract processes for compliance with corporate policies
Identify, promote, and implement contract-related best practices
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff or first-line negotiators
Engage and coordinate with clinical teams, CROs, investigator sites, and other external partners as needed
Contribute to knowledge management and dissemination across contract teams
You are:
JD, LLM, Paralegal degree, or equivalent
5+ years' experience in contract law within pharma/clinical research
Strong understanding of the clinical trial process
Fluent in English; excellent written/oral communication
Skilled in cross-cultural and cross-regional relationship management
Strong stakeholder and issue resolution skills
Able to manage competing priorities under deadlines
Proficient in MS Office and database systems
Business-savvy with project management experience
Leadership experience with mentoring/coaching capabilities
