We are seeking a high-impact Site Care Partner to drive strategic engagement with clinical trial sites. In this role, you will be the primary liaison with Site Directors, Laboratory Heads, and Institutional decision-makers, ensuring successful site activation, protocol adoption, compliance, and patient recruitment.
This position is ideal for professionals with lead-level experience who want to expand their influence at the site level while positioning themselves for future leadership roles in clinical operations.
What you will be doing:
Serve as the main point of contact for senior site stakeholders, influencing adoption of study protocols and operational success.
Present protocols and study updates to Site Ethics Committees (SEC) and other key site leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs) to ensure site readiness, compliance, and performance.
Identify and mitigate site-level risks, addressing barriers to recruitment and study execution.
Contribute to site selection and feasibility assessments with strategic, data-informed insights.
Build strong relationships with site teams to enhance patient recruitment, retention, and satisfaction.
You are:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
5+ years of experience in clinical trial management, CRA, or similar roles, ideally with multi-site exposure. Experience in global CROs or global Pharma is highly preferred.
Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, presenting protocols, and influencing senior site or institutional decision-makers.
Strong understanding of regulatory, operational, and scientific frameworks in clinical research.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
