Overview

As a Study Management Associate you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

Responsibilities

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Support clinical project/study activities and interact with global/regional project teams to ensure that all data, documentation, and information are in alignment with clinical study targets.
  • Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of assigned SharePoint folders.
  • Aid in maintaining the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF); support quality control reviews of documents and help in resolving issues.
  • Support data entry and maintenance within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
  • Monitor project/study progress and compile status reports and metrics.
  • Handle scheduling, tracking, and help manage meeting tasks; create and disseminate post-meeting summaries.
  • Perform other duties as needed within Clinical Operations or other related departments.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required
  • Previous  experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry
  • Knowledge of clinical operations methodologies, understanding of operational aspects of clinical study processes
  • Experience in MS Office
  • Fluent in English and the local language
