We are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant I to join one of our sponsor-dedicated teams in Issy-les-Moulineaux (+/- 1-2 days office based a week).
The Clinical Trial Assistant assists in the coordination and administration of the study activities from the start up to execution and close out, and within the Local Study Team to ensure quality and consistency of interventional study deliverables to time, cost and quality objectives. As a Clinical Trial Assistant you will have the opportunity to experience the full lifecycle of a project and genuinely contribute to drug development and improving patients’ lives.
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) monitors the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites or remotely, ensuring clinical trials are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), International Conference on Harmonization Good Clinical Practices (ICH-GCP) and all applicable regulatory requirements.

The Clinical Research Associate will perform site activities for Phase I-IV studies operating as the main point of contact for the site during a study. Drive and execute monitoring plans, ensure site GCP compliance, write trip reports, resolve issues and facilitate open issue resolution, work on recruitment strategies, and monitor safety at the site. The CRA will conduct site qualification visits as assigned, site initiation visits and site training, routine monitoring visits, and site close-out visits. Perform investigator site management activities in adherence to all applicable regulatory guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

This position is responsible for quality control (QC) review of clinical documents intended for submission to health authorities worldwide. The Senior Medical Editor will copyedit/proofread, format, and verify data content in clinical documents in accordance with SOPs and processes to ensure documents meet required standards, and may oversee the workload for the editors, establishing schedules and interacting with cross-functional authors. The Senior Medical Editor performs the activities with minimal oversight needed
